A message from William Parent, President and CEO
Dear Valued Customer,
Since I last communicated with you, Envision Bank colleagues have been doing their utmost to safely provide you with access to the vital banking services you expect and need, which required new ways of working. We greatly appreciate your flexibility and patience as we have worked through numerous challenges, such as restricting access to our branches to safeguard everyone’s well-being. More than four months later, as conditions related to the coronavirus pandemic have stabilized in Massachusetts, I am pleased to announce that our branch lobbies will reopen on Tuesday, August 4.
Drive-up and lobby hours make banking convenient.
As we continue to help you with your everyday banking needs — through online capabilities and our helpful Customer Service Center colleagues — we recognize that some services are better served at our drive-ups while others are better served in person. Please know that while our teams miss seeing you, we want to minimize the spread of illness and strongly suggest that you use our digital tools and the drive-up windows for all routine transactions.
- Monday – Wednesday, 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Thursday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Saturday, 8:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.
- Monday – Wednesday, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Thursday, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Friday, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Saturday, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
We have an important responsibility.
We owe it to you and our colleagues to prioritize everyone’s safety and to contribute to the wider effort to limit the spread of COVID-19. Therefore, we’ve increased efforts to make sure our branches are as safe as possible, including limiting the number of visitors at any one time, a schedule of increased disinfection of work areas and equipment, face shields at the teller and customer service areas, masks and gloves worn by all branch colleagues, hand sanitizer dispenser stations and directional signage to ensure visitors are socially distant. To enter a branch, each visitor will be required to wear a face mask and provide information to help us maintain a contact tracing log. Additionally, each branch will now have a Greeter on staff to help answer questions and ensure all visitors follow safety protocols.
