Most people are staying home with their children and/or working from home. We know it hasn’t been easy to adjust to these new schedules. And as much as we’re all looking for reasons to get out of the house, we ask that you help us and our communities minimize the spread of illness. We strongly suggest that you use our digital tools and drive-up windows for all routine transactions.

We have an important responsibility: we owe it to you and our colleagues to prioritize everyone’s safety and to contribute to the wider effort to limit the spread of COVID-19. For transactions that truly require in-person assistance in one of our branch lobbies, we want you to know that we continue to make sure our branches are as safe as possible. For example we limit the number of branch visitors at any one time and have increased disinfection of work areas and equipment. Face shields at the teller and customer service areas are present, masks are worn by all branch colleagues, hand sanitizer dispenser stations and directional signage are on site at each branch location to ensure visitors are socially distant. To enter a branch, each visitor is required to wear a face mask and provide information to help us maintain a contact tracing log.
