Eliot Chartrand Joins Residential Lending Division

Envision Bank & Mortgage is pleased to welcome Eliot Chartrand to the Residential Lending division. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, Chartrand will be working with homebuyers throughout New England and will be based out of the office located at 371 Park Street, West Springfield.

Eliot Chartrand’s career in Financial Services has spanned over four decades. After his service as an Artillery Officer in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Campaign, Chartrand became an investment services advisor. In 1977, he relocated to Western Massachusetts and served as the President of Chicopee Savings Bank in Chicopee, Massachusetts.

Chartrand opened one of the first independent mortgage brokerages in Massachusetts in 1984. For 24 years, the company operated as a licensed mortgage brokerage, offering a full range of mortgage products to residential mortgage clients. He has continued his work as a Mortgage Loan Originator working with homebuyers to provide home loan financing and a smooth mortgage process.

Eliot Chartrand is a graduate of the University of Vermont. He’s an active volunteer with Credit for Life, a financial literacy program serving high school students in Greater Springfield.
