ALERT: In light of the recent security breach of credit and debit card data at a large U.S. retailer, some customers are receiving calls from fraudulent companies claiming to be Randolph Savings Bank asking that you enter or provide your debit card or social security information.

Please NOTE: we will never ask you to provide us with personal information. If Randolph Savings Bank identifies any affected customers we will proactively reach out to them but will not ask for personal information as we have it on file. We would only ask you to verify transaction information. If you are unsure of any call you receive you should hang up and call us directly at 1-877-963-2100. As is always a good practice, we recommend you review your accounts on a regular basis for any unusual or suspicious activity. Promptly notify us if you see any unauthorized transactions by calling our customer service center or stop into one of our five branch locations.
