RSB Announces Key Employee Promotions

Randolph Savings Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of six Officers who have stood out in their area of expertise and influence.

We are honored to recognize the following employees for their commitment and contribution to making Randolph Savings Bank a great place to bank and a great place to work:

Aisling Brady has been promoted to VP/Quality Control from her role as Quality Control Underwriter, where she designed and implemented a meaningful mortgage QC program which upholds our strong credibility with both regulators and investors.

 

Mark Coletta has been promoted to AVP/Branch Manager. Since he joined Randolph Savings Bank in 2016, Mark has made a strong impact on the Stoughton Branch where the branch team significantly exceeded their performance goals.

Peter DeFusco has been promoted to Vice President/Branch Manager. He has been instrumental in the success of First Eastern Mortgage, a division of Randolph Savings Bank. He has consistently been a top contributor in his role as Branch Manager of the Westport Mortgage office, and is consistently a top producer at the individual level.

Jeff DeFusco, also of the Westport Mortgage team, has been promoted to AVP/Sales Manager. A top producing loan officer, Jeff has been a key contributor to the success of the Westport office.

Kristyn Glennon has been promoted to VP/Compliance and BSA Officer. In this role, Kristyn will continue her efforts to design and implement a new compliance monitoring program.

Ted Wills has been promoted to AVP/Customer Service Center Manager. In his nine years with Randolph Savings Bank, Ted has focused on service excellence for both internal and external customers, and has served as a strong leader to the Randolph Savings Bank Call Center team.
