Who is Randolph Savings Bank?

Randolph Savings Bank has been a part of the community for over 150 years. Founded in Randolph, Massachusetts in 1851, we have been based on the South Shore since 1851 and are now headquartered in Stoughton, Massachusetts. When will the conversion take place?

The conversion will take place beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 4. The new Randolph Savings Bank systems will be up and running on Monday, November 7 at 8:30 a.m.

Will the bank's hours of operations be the same?

Good news! The branch hours will be expanding starting Monday, November 7:

School Street Office Lobby Hours
Monday - Wednesday 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Thursday 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

In addition, you'll have access to all the other Randolph Savings Bank locations and ATMs.

Will my account number(s) change?

Account numbers will not change for most customers. Beginning Monday, November 7, your bank routing number will change to 211371243.

Will the features and benefits of my current account(s) change?

We will be introducing you to the Randolph Savings Bank lineup of products and services. We have made every effort to best align your existing accounts with our new solutions. The features and benefits of Randolph Savings Bank's account solutions are described in our products and services guide starting on page 12. If after the conversion you feel a different account would better suit your needs, please let us know and we'll be happy to change your account.

Will I be receiving new checks?

Yes. Randolph Savings Bank will provide a free supply of checks with your new checking account. Your new checks will arrive prior to the November 7 conversion date. For your safety, please shred and discard your existing FFSB checks and begin using your new checks on or after November 7, 2016. Please note any uncleared First Federal Savings Bank checks will continue to be honored.

Will my direct deposits and automated transactions continue as before?

Yes. There will be no interruption of your current direct deposits, automatic transfers or automatic payments.

Will I receive a final statement from FFSB?

Yes. Final statements from FFSB will be generated on Friday, November 4 for checking and savings accounts. You will receive your regularly scheduled November statement from Randolph Savings Bank.

What will happen with my CDs and/or IRAs?

Randolph Savings Bank will be honoring the Certificate of Deposit (CD) and/or Investment Retirement Account (IRA) rates and terms you have with FFSB. Unless you direct us otherwise, your certificate will renew into the Randolph Savings Bank certificate that closely matches the term of your original CD/IRA.

Can I continue to use my FFSB Debit/ATM card?

No. Randolph Savings Bank will mail you a new Debit/ATM card prior to Friday, November 4. You will also receive your new PIN in a separate mailing.

You should begin using your new card on Monday, November 7. Prior to using, you will need to activate your new card by visiting an ATM with the PIN provided in the separate mailing. Activate your card surcharge-free at any Randolph Savings Bank (including 19 School Street) or any SUM ATM. Once your new Randolph Savings Bank card is activated, you should destroy your FFSB card.

I use my debit card number for automatic payments. Will these be affected?

Since your debit card number will change, automatic payments charged to the card will need to be updated with the billing company effective Monday, November 7.

Will I have online access to my deposit and loan accounts?

Yes! Randolph Savings Bank is excited to introduce FFSB customers to the many convenient electronic services we offer customers. Once the conversion is complete, you will be able to enroll in Online Banking and have full access to all of your deposit and loan accounts online through one easy-to-use source. What's more, you'll be able to access certain account information and make deposits to your checking and savings accounts through our Mobile Banking app (available for iPhone, Android phones, and iPad tablets) and you will have access to certain account information through Text Banking.

What about my loan accounts?

Loans: What is changing

If you were informed that your loan would be transferring as part of this conversion then as of November 7, 2016, you will begin receiving bills from Randolph Savings Bank. As of that date, you will be sending your payments to: PO Box 354, Randolph, MA  02368 and will be making the check payable to Randolph Savings Bank. Please inform your insurance providers of the name change so your homeowner's policy and, if applicable, flood insurance policy may be updated.

Loans: What is staying the same

The terms and conditions, account number and payment date will not change. If you have questions, you can continue to contact your usual loan or branch representative, or you can call our Customer Service Department at 877-963-2100, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Loans: What's new

Want to make your loan payments online? At Randolph Savings Bank we make it easy. Via our website, you can make an easy payment from your debit card or from your checking account at any financial institution. For loans not referenced in our recent conversion package mailing, you will continue to make payments as you do today to: 100 Brickstone Square, PO Box 459, Andover, MA  01810. Please note, a $3 fee will be assessed for each debit card transaction. A $1 fee will be assessed for each online payment via checking account from another financial institution.

What if I have a mortgage loan that did not transfer as part of this conversion?

FFSB and its mortgage division, First Eastern Mortgage, service a wide variety of loans. If your loan was not listed in the recent mailing from Randolph Savings Bank, you will continue to make loan payments as you do today. In the upcoming months, you will receive another packet detailing the conversion of those loan(s) to Randolph Savings Bank.
