Effective Friday November 27, 2020, our lobbies will be open via appointment only. To provide you with personal, one-on-one service, please schedule a meeting at your local branch with a bank representative by calling Envision Bank Concierge at 617.925.1999. You’ll be prompted to make a choice of your preferred branch location and will be connected directly with a representative to schedule your in-person visit. Appointments are available during the following hours at all five branch locations:
- Monday – Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Thursday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Saturday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Digital banking conveniences and drive-up windows are always at your service.
Envision Bank’s digital tools and other resources for self-service banking and 24/7 account access making banking easier. You can access your accounts online or by using the Envision Bank mobile app. From there, you can make payments, view transactions, check balances, find an ATM and more. If you haven’t enrolled in online banking, it only takes a few minutes to enroll. You can also bank through our ATMs, debit card, telephone banking, teller drive-up, Zelle®, Apply Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay. Routine teller transactions will continue to be serviced through drive-up windows during the following hours:
- Monday – Wednesday, 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Thursday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Saturday, 8:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.
