We have been made aware that some customers, with existing mortgages, are experiencing diffculty during the registration process to view their mortgage accounts online via our new web portal tool. Please note the following when registering your account:

  • You must use your new loan number (as noted in the Notice of Servicing Transfer).

  • You must use the primary borrower’s SSN (not the co-borrower’s SSN).

  • You must use the property ZIP code (not the mailing address ZIP code to which statements are mailed).

If you still experience difficulty while attempting to register your mortgage account, please call our Loan Servicing Department at 866.721.3203.

Please Note: This service is for customers who have an existing mortgage. This tool is not for customers who are seeking a status update on a new loan application.

Traditional Loan Options

Adjustable-Rate Mortgage (ARM)
A mortgage with an interest rate that changes during the life of the loan according to movements in an index rate. These loans are sometimes called AMLs (adjustable mortgage loans) or VRMs (variable-rate mortgages). A variety of terms are available.

Fixed-Rate Mortgage (FRM)
A fully amortizing mortgage loan where the interest rate on the note remains the same throughout the term of the loan. Payment amounts and the term of the loan are fixed and we offer terms up to 30 years (click here for more information).
